Even something as "mild" as tobacco can make you feel terrible. A case in point: I went on a road trip to see an old high school buddy recently. We smoked a shitload of pot that weekend &#38; everything was cool until I had a joint with some tobacco mixed in. I felt terrible and had to throw up a couple times.
